PROJECT IDEA
The aim of the project is to promote inclusion of children with different kinds of impairment (mobility, mental impairment, autism, children from foster homes and children from socially disadvantaged environment) and intercultural understanding between Slovak and Czech pupils and develop pupils´soft skills.
By allowing others to see the world through their eyes and sharing their impressions, experiences, skills and opinions etc. pupils will develop tolerance toward other people and establish new friendships.
Social environment in partner schools is very diverse - participating young people include children with different kinds of impairment, children with learning difficulties, children from foster homes, Roma children, children from socially disadvantaged environment; one school is located in an industrial area, the other in a rural area. Interaction with peers with different background will enrich children´s perception of life.
The activities will lead participating children from exploring and understanding their own identity through exploration and understanding of their mates´ identities to the involvement in common activities and discovering how much they have in common.
